LHASA SIGHTSEEING Visit
Potala Palace, Norbulinka, Drepung & Sera
monasteries, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor
Bazaar. Hotel. |
| Day 04-05 |
LHASA - GYANTSE -
SHIGATSE Drive to Gyantse. Visit the
Khumbhum Stupa & Phalkor Monastery. Next day
drive to Shigatse and visit the Tashilungpo
Monastery. Hotels. |

OLD TINGRI Drive XIGATSE to TINGRI. Meet
trek guide and crew. Overnight Camp. |
| Day 07-10 |
TINGRI - RONGPHU TREK
Trek from old Tingri over Pangla pass to
famous Rongphu Monastery situated
dramatically below the north face of Mt.
Everest. Camps. |
| Day 11: |
NORTH EVEREST BASE CAMP
Optional day-hike to Everest Base Camp and
Rongbuk Glacier. Overnight Camp at Rongphu. |
| Day 12-13 |
RONGPHU - TINGRI - ZANGMU
Drive to Old Tingri and then over the
Himalayas down to border town of Nyalam or
Zangmu. Enroute visit Milerapa Cave.
Overnight camps. |

KATHMANDU cross the
Friendship Bridge into Nepal and drive to
Kathmandu. End of Trek to North Everest Base
Camp. |
